Social Security Disability Lawyers

Social Security disability programs are federal programs which provide financial assistance to individuals with qualifying disabilities who are unable to work.  There are fairly strict eligibility requirements in order for a person to qualify for disability benefits under these programs.  An experienced disability lawyer can help you with filing your claim for disability benefits, or appealing a denial of benefits.  A qualified disability lawyer can also provide legal representation in court, as a denied claimant will typically be forced to follow the appeal route, at least to the point where their case is brought before an Administrative Law Judge at a social security disability hearing.
