Labor Lawyers

Labor is a wide legal subject area that covers employment law, union and organization law and many forms of discrimination law. It is such a wide field that few lawyers specialize in all the areas. Employment law has both state and federal legal issues, statutes and administrative bodies involved. It includes such widely diverse topics as OSHA, worker’s compensation and pension plans.
