Insurance Claim Lawyers

An insurance claim is a formal document filed by a policy holder in order to obtain benefits from the policy. Often, the process involves an employee of the policy issuer who investigates the circumstances to determine whether and to what extent a benefit should be paid. These people are called adjusters. At times, an insurance claim is in such dispute that it is litigated at trial. When this happens, skilled attorneys representing the issuer and the policy holder provide arguments as to why a benefit should be paid or why it should not be paid.
