Criminal Defense Attorney

A criminal defense attorney is sometimes a brilliant orator who can sway a jury in cases. Other times, they are general litigation lawyers appointed by the court for people who cannot afford legal counsel. The criminal defense attorney attends a variety of hearings leading up to a trial, but must also be skilled in arguing persuasively before judge and jury about the facts of a case.
