Constitutional Law

Constitutional Law is a field of interpretive skills that lawyers and judges engage in. Much of the work is done in cases before the federal courts. Because our Constitution is a written document, interpretation of the document is at the heart of this field. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter of Constitutional Law issues. However, the other federal courts contribute much case law to the field.
